

Tap Rename to change the name of the preset button that displays to participants on the Zoom Room controller.Tap Save position, then use the icons to zoom or pan the camera to the position you want as the preset.Touch and hold one of the preset buttons again. If the Zoom Room settings are currently locked, a popup asks for the passcode.Įnter the passcode for the Zoom Room and tap OK.Touch and hold one of the preset buttons.These buttons are available only if the Zoom Room uses a supported camera. The Camera Control option includes buttons that can be used to set a default camera position, or return a camera to a preset position. Tap Done on the Participants popup to return to the meeting controls.Tap Give up Camera Control to return to the Manage Participants popup.Use the icons to zoom and pan until the camera is in the correct position.Tap Now to display the camera controls for the remote participant.After the participant approves the request, you see a message letting you know that you can control the camera. The participant receives a message, asking for approval.Tap the name of the participant whose camera you want to control, then choose Request Camera Control.Tap the Manage Participants icon to display the list of meeting participants.


You can remotely control the camera of another participant or another Zoom Room if you are using an iPad controller version 4.0 or later. The camera automatically adjusts to show the optimal view based on the location of people in the room. Tap the Camera Control icon, and then enable the Intelligent Zoom option by clicking the toggle.

If only two cameras are available, the Switch Camera control toggles between them. If more than two cameras are available in the Zoom Room, you can dynamically choose which one is active by selecting it from a list when you tap Switch Camera on the Zoom Rooms controller. The Zoom Rooms controller also supports far end camera control and camera presets. Zoom Rooms allows you to control your local HD camera during a meeting with the Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) functionality.
